Setting Up Trust Wallet
Trust Wallet is a mobile cryptocurrency wallet that allows you to send, receive, and store a wide range of cryptocurrencies. Designed with a focus on simplicity, this open-source wallet aims to provide a platform that's easy and straightforward to set up and use.
Step 1: Download and Install Trust Wallet
Visit the App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users) on your mobile device.
In the search bar, type "Trust Wallet" and look for the app with the official Trust Wallet logo (an open blue shield with a white 'T' in the middle).
Download and install the Trust Wallet app.
Step 2: Create a New Wallet
Open the Trust Wallet app on your device.
Click on 'Create a New Wallet'.
You will be shown a notice regarding the importance of keeping your recovery phrase safe. After reading, click on 'Continue'.
Step 3: Secure Your Wallet
You will now see a 12-word recovery phrase. Write this down and store it securely. This phrase is the only way to restore your Trust Wallet if you lose access to your device. Never share this phrase with anyone.
After writing down your recovery phrase, click on 'Continue'.
The app will ask you to confirm your recovery phrase. Click the words in the correct order to confirm. Once all the words are in the correct order, click 'Done'.
Step 4: Finalize Your Wallet Setup
The app will ask you to set up a passcode for additional security. Choose a passcode you'll remember, but make sure it's secure.
After setting the passcode, your Trust Wallet is ready to use!
Congratulations, you've successfully set up your Trust Wallet! You can now store, send, and receive a wide range of cryptocurrencies directly from your mobile device. To connect with HFund, navigate to our platform in the DApp browser in the Trust Wallet app, and follow the prompts to connect your Trust Wallet.
Remember, security is paramount. Never share your recovery phrase or passcode with anyone, and ensure that you store your recovery phrase in a secure location. Always double-check website addresses before entering your wallet information. Stay safe and enjoy your crypto journey!
