Vote On Proposals

Welcome to the HireMeCrypto DAO Voting Guide!

As a HFund token holder, you have the power to influence the future direction of our fund through active participation in our decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), a seamless and efficient voting experience. Let's walk through the steps:

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard Log in to your HFund dashboard and make sure you have connected your MetaMask wallet. If you need assistance with this step, please refer to our previous guide on connecting your wallet and accessing the dashboard.

Step 2: Submit a New Proposal If you have a new proposal you would like to put forward, simply click on the "New Proposal" button. This will enable you to submit your proposal for consideration by the HFund community.

Step 3: Explore Ongoing Votes Within your dashboard, locate the Voting section. Here, you can view all ongoing votes, including those that are currently active. The list will provide details on each proposal, such as its purpose, implications, and the voting options available.

Step 4: Review Proposal Details Click on a specific proposal to access its complete details. You will find information about the proposal, including the user who initiated it, along with the vote count and associated outcomes. Take the time to understand the proposal before proceeding.

Step 5: Participate in Voting If a proposal is still in the active voting phase, you can actively participate by staking your HFund tokens. By selecting "For," "Against," or "No with veto," you can express your stance on the proposal. Please note that once you have cast your vote, it cannot be changed.

Step 6: Track Proposal Results After the voting period ends, the proposal results will be displayed. The tabs within the Voting section will indicate whether a proposal has passed or failed to meet the required majority. A green bar signifies a successful vote, while a red bar indicates that the proposal did not pass.
